1. Why should you buy the courses on our website?

The course content will be exactly the same as you buy from the sale page.
- If you have enough money and you want to get full support from the author, you should buy the courses on the sale page.
2. How do access my order?
- After your purchase, you’ll see a View your orders link which goes to the Downloads page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order.
- Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed, we’ll also send you a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from Coursegb.com.
- Since it is a digital copy, our suggestion is to download and save it to your hard drive. In case the link is broken for any reason, please contact us and we will resend the new download link.
- If you cannot find the download link, please don’t worry about that. We will update and notify you as soon as possible at 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (UTC+8).
3. How long to get the download link after payment?
- Most of the products are Instant Downloads (85% of products are available to download). But for some products, we need time to set & upload files (It takes 8-48 hours). We will try our best to deliver the download link as soon as possible.
- The wait time for Pre-orders and course Requests is 1-2 weeks.
- If you want to know exactly the delivery time, please contact us before purchase.
4. How to get the complete course with the courses is updating?
- We have reviewed our course content before selling it and it is usually complete.
- For dripping courses must wait for updates from the author, we will send you the updated contents when it is released by the author.
5. What are the payment methods?
We accept several types of payments such as Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Bitcoin, Skrill, Payoneer, WMZ. Please contact me if you want any payment options.

7. Request the new courses unavailable on our website

- We will organize Group Buys if there are many interested members. Group Buy needs the time to collect members to join.
- We also offer request services for any products unavailable on our website with a special offer is 80% OFF of the sale page price. This means you just pay 20% of the sale page price to get any products you want in 1-2 weeks after you paid.
8. Refund policy?
- All product’s contents were checked very carefully and “Excepted” these contents: “Online coaching, Software, Facebook group, Skype and Email support from Author.” So we will not have a refund policy for these contents issues.
- We only refund for the product that we can not provide.
- “No question ask for a refund if the fault is ours.” We treasure the connection with our customers. Therefore, if you find an error on the course that we provide to you or the course’s quality is not good (example: video blurry, bad sound) or missing files/modules… Please contact us to resolve that. If we can’t solve your problems, we will make a refund for your order within 1-3 business days after we confirm together.

- We use my private server to send the download link to my customers. Therefore, all the information will be kept autonomous. We are totally safe and secure here with us.
